Product description iOptron designed their AccuAlign Dark-Field Illuminated Polar Scope to help you quickly and accurately equatorially align your SkyGuider Pro mounts. Two sets of three concentric circles are clearly marked for aligning the mount on Polaris in the Northern Hemisphere or Sigma Octantis in the Southern, so it will precisely track across the declination axis during long-duration observation or astrophotography sessions. A port on the side lets light in from the mount's built-in illuminating LED to make it easier to see the setting circles in the dark. Due to the specific designs of the altitude (latitude) axis on each mount, this version of the AccuAlign polar scope can only be used with SkyGuider Pro mounts.
