Product description The ST-640 LCD Digital Microscope with Digital Camera from iOptron offers 45° inclined monocular viewing with a choice of a 10x or 16x eyepiece or with the included LCD screen, which can be easily attached in a place of an eyepiece. When used with the eyepieces, it produces magnifications from 40x to 640x. By placing the 3.5" LCD screen in place of the eyepiece, you can view and images on the 3.5" LCD screen using a built-in digital camera with effective 12.0MP interpolation. The module has a built-in 10x magnification; and with its 8x digital zoom it can boost the maximum total magnification to 3200x. The display also has an integrated SD card slot for saving images and videos to an external SD memory card. You can also use the included USB cord to review, save, and organize captured images on your computer. To provide enough room for maneuvering your specimens, the microscope offers a 3.5 x 3.0" stage with precision X and Y motion controls and a holding bracket. To provide adequate brightness and contrast for your specimens, the illumination system offers top and bottom LED light sources. With the rack-and-pinion focuser that has knobs on both sides of the frame, you will have more freedom when working with your slides. The microscope comes with multiple handy tools for your lab work, samples, blank slides, and several slides. A cover is included to protect it from dust, while a hard carrying case provides added protection in storage or during transportation. - Optical Performance and Illumination
