Product description - How to install 2.5" HDD's into BPN-2535DE-SA Mobile Drive Cage
The black 3.5" to 2 x 2.5" SATA I/II/III 6 Gb/s Hot-Swap Drive Cage from iStarUSA is designed for the use of two 2.5" SATA hard disks or SSD mounted on one mini 3.5" form factor drive cage. It complies with SATA-I, II, III and maximum transfer rate up to 3 Gb/s for SATA-II and 6 Gb/s for SATA-III. The device is constructed of aluminum that provides better heat dissipation, required for high performance of 2.5" disk drives and SSDs. Additionally, the metal security key lock prevents unauthorized access to important hard drives. - Fits one 3.5" drive bay for two 2.5" standard HDDs or SSDs of 9.5mm thickness
- Features one SATA power and two DATA connectors
- For use on desktop, server case, rackmount chassis that has a 3.5" form factor space
- Complies with SATA I/II/III, and maximum transfer rate up to 3 Gb/s for SATA II and 6 Gb/s for SATA III
- Energy saving on using 2.5" HDDs or SSDs
- LED indicators for power and HDD accessing
- JBOD support (two individual hard drives)
- HDD auto eject when you open the cover
- Aluminum material for better heat sink
