Product description The iStarUSA 8-Bay Storage Server 2U Rackmount Case is a server chassis that offers 8 bays to house your drives and supports motherboards in the size of extended-ATX, ATX, and micro-ATX. These bays are designed to hold 3.5" drives and feature hot-swapping capabilities. With a miniSAS backplane, you may install SAS and SATA hard drives into this chassis. Aside from the 3.5" drive bays, a 3.5" internal bay lets you equip this server with a ninth drive, while a 5.25" bay supports a slim optical drive. For external connectivity options, it sports two USB ports. To cool your components, iStarUSA includes three 80mm hot-swap cooling fans that spin at a rate of 6800 rpm. There are also seven low-profile expansion slots for your graphics and controller cards. Furthermore, a sliding rail kit is included so you can easily gain access to this 2U rackmount case when installed into your rack. - Fiber optical drive tray status indicator
