Product description The silver D Storm Series D406SE-B6SL-SL Chassis Kit from iStarUSA consists of the D-400-6SE 4U Compact Stylish Rack-Mountable Chassis, silver BPU-230SATA 2 x 5.25” to 3 x 3.5” SAS/SATA 6.0 Gb/s Hot-Swappable Cage, and silver D-400-SE-SILVER 4U Bezel.
The D-400-6SE 4U Compact Stylish Industrial Rack-Mountable Chassis provides maximum reliability and performance to your server or cluster configuration. It also supports up to 7 add-on cards and 5 storage drives for RAID configuration.
The BPU-340-SATA 2 x 5.25” to 3 x 3.5" Hot-Swappable Cage enables you to use additional hard drives with hot-swappable capability. This cage supports RAID 1/0/1+0/5 configurations for high performance or redundancy data applications. Made of aluminum alloy, it is very lightweight. The high-density multi-disk storage backplane allows three 3.5" SAS/SATA hard drives to be mounted into 2 standard 5.25" drive bays. This cage also provides good heat dissipation thanks to front to back vent airflow.
The silver D-400-SE 4U Bezel fits to the front side of the D Storm 4U Chassis and provides protection against dust. It is RoHS compliant.
