Product description The iStarUSA D2-407BL-B5BL Kit includes a D2-400-7-BLUE 4U Compact Stylish Rackmount Chassis and a BPU-350SATA-BLUE 3x5.25 to 5x3.5" SAS/SATA 6.0 Gb/s Hot-Swap Cage.
The D2-400-7-BLUE Rackmount Chassis is a 4U industrial rackmount chassis, which can be combined with iStarUSA HDD cages. The BPU or T Series enable hot-swappable storage capability. It also supports up to 7 add-on cards for system expansions and upgrades. The D2-400-7-BLUE Chassis provides your server or cluster maximum reliability and performance.
The BPU-350SATA-BLUE Hot-Swap Cage offers high level RAID and high availability storage in a compact design and adds extra storage and hot-swap capability to satisfy any application needs. It is constructed of aluminum material that provides heat dissipation required for high performance SAS/SATA drives, and is designed with front to back vent airflow. This Hot-Swap Cage provides a solution for internal server RAID and JBOD applications. The aluminum body and a 3.15" (80mm) cooling fan (sold separately) subsystem complete a high end data storage server or workstation. - D Storm Series D2-400-7-BLUE 4U Compact Stylish Rackmount Chassis (Blue) The blue D Storm Series D2-400-7-BLUE 4U Compact Stylish Rackmount Chassis from iStarUSA is a 4U industrial rackmount chassis that can be combined with the iStarUSA HDD cages. The storage cage is constructed of aluminum material that provides superb heat dissipation required for high-performance SAS/SATA drives. In addition, the 80mm cooling fan allows for excellent front to back vent airflow. The hot-swap storage cage is an ideal solution for internal server RAID and JBOD applications and is designed for use with high-end data storage servers or workstations.
