Product description The iStarUSA D410-DE8BK Kit includes a 4U 10-Bay Stylish Storage Server Rackmount and an 8 x 3.5" Trayless Hotswap Chassis. This kit is designed for storing up to 15 x 3.5" hotswap HDDs. It features SAS I/II & SATA I/II/III interfaces.
The D410 4U Rackmount Chassis from the D Storm series supports up to 7 full-length and full-height add-on cards and a total of ten 5.25" drive bays for RAID configuration and high-density data storage. Two 120mm cooling fans on the sides of the unit provide adequate ventilation to protect critical equipment from getting damaged due to high temperatures. This storage solution provides your server or cluster with maximum reliability and performance.
The BPN-DE340SS Trayless Hot-Swap Cage is a third generation tray-less hot-swap hard drive cage. It features a 6.0 Gb/s SATA interface (SATA I/II/III and SAS I/II), and is RAID capable. It also features ultra-quiet cooling fans with adjustable fan speed, and a blue LED Indicator. Heat dissipation is enhanced by the full aluminum construction and a 70mm fan. The SATA power connector enables compatibility with most power supplies. The metal key locks help secure your hard drives to prevent unauthorized access. To maximize your investment, two standard 5.25" drive bays are converted into three 3.5" usable hard drive slots.
