Product description The j5create DisplayPort to 4K HDMI Active Adapter converts the DisplayPort signal from your computer to HDMI. Just plug in your existing HDMI cable to the adapter and seamlessly send its signal to an HDMI monitor. It offers an active conversion and supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @ 30 Hz.
