Product description The white PD5212/95 Precision Directivity High Output Full-Range 2-Way Loudspeaker from JBL offers a coverage pattern of 90° x 50° and is designed for use in venues requiring high output capability and pattern control. The PD5212/43 can be utilized alone in music or speech systems, where frequency extension to 80 Hz is adequate, or combined with subwoofers to create extended bandwidth full-range systems.
The low frequency transducer features high sensitivity and low power compression for continuous SPL capability. The transducer is horn-loaded for sensitivity and improved pattern control and the low frequency phasing plug is designed to extend frequency response for smooth transitions to the high frequency driver. The large format high frequency compression driver utilizes a neodymium magnet and aluminum diaphragm to deliver clear and intelligible high frequency projection, extended frequency response, and low distortion, even at high drive levels.
The Progressive Transition waveguides work to achieve an optimum balance of controlled coverage with low distortion, smooth frequency response, and natural sound character. The mid and high frequency horns are rotatable for cabinet positioning in vertical or horizontal orientation. High-slope crossovers minimize band overlap and the off-axis response can be well-controlled for enhancing arrayability. The cabinet is fitted with twenty M10 threaded suspension points for a variety of installation opportunities. - High sensitivity design with continuous SPL capability
- Waveguides provide consistent 90° x 50° pattern control
- Rotatable mid and high frequency waveguides allow either horizontal or vertical cabinet orientation
- Cabinet is fitted with threaded suspension points for various installation options
