Product description Add high-fidelity sound to your walls or ceiling with the JBL Studio 2 8IW 8" Two-Way In-Wall Speaker. This speaker features an 8" PolyPlas woofer and a 1" CMMD lite adjustable-level pivoting tweeter. It reproduces frequencies from 30 Hz to 20 kHz and is recommended for use with amplifiers producing 100W.
The Studio 2's JBL High-Definition Imaging waveguide enables the speaker to perform in off-axis locations and at high elevations. It features the XL-2 bracket which installs into walls and ceilings up to 2" deep. The bezel-free magnetic grille is paintable, allowing you to match it to any décor. - Inspired by JBL's M2 Master Reference Monitor
- High-Definition Imaging (HDI) waveguide technology is based on the JBL M2 Master Reference Monitor. Computer-optimized driver positioning and network integration result in enhanced performance and soundstage imaging throughout the entire room.
- Tweeter
- The 1" tweeter pivots so you can target your audio to your favorite listening location. Its level can be adjusted up or down by up to 3 dB.
