Product description Interloop from JK Audio combines Bluetooth wireless technology with two-wire intercom systems, housed in a rugged beltpack design. It works with industry standard two-wire, party-line intercoms, connecting to the existing intercom system like any other beltpack. Using Bluetooth technology allows wireless connection to a variety of audio devices. Additionally, the unit features HD Voice technology, allowing 7 kHz Wide-Band Speech when used with compatible headsets or phones on compatible networks.
A rear-panel switch selects headset or phone connection. Headset mode allows for connecting to a Bluetooth enabled headset for freedom of movement. Phone mode allows for connecting to a wireless phone to let others join in, or for connecting to a notebook or laptop to provide remote voice access using communications applications such as Skype.
The beltpack is powered by the intercom system, and includes 9 VDC battery backup for maintaining wireless connection while changing cables. The system will work with any Bluetooth-enabled headset. - Bluetooth wireless technology
