Product description The JL Cooper Eclipse TX Midnight Compact Transport Controller is a tactile and compact control expander that provides users with hardware control of locator and transport functions when used in conjunction with professional editing software such as Apple Final Cut Studio, IRIDAS Speedgrade, Apple Color, IFX Piranha Cinema, etc. It can be used as a stand-alone device or as an expander unit along with the Eclipse SX Midnight. When combined with the SX Midnight, the TX Midnight adds transport control and forms a modular and compact alternative to the Eclipse CX. Outfitted with a custom weighted dual-concentric jog wheel (also called shuttle control), the Eclipse TX Midnight allows you to rapidly and single-handedly edit any compatible software application's timeline. In addition to the jog wheel, this desktop transport controller also features transport buttons, 8 page buttons, and 8 function buttons, and 7 softkeys. Situated around the jog wheel for easy and quick access are 7 miscellaneous softkeys that are programmable. All 23 buttons and keys including the jog wheel are set with white-colored LED indicators. Being rugged and compact, this Eclipse TX Midnight is well suited for users with space constraints on their editing decks.
