Product description The JLCooper ES-SloMo J USB Universal Instant Replay Controller allows simultaneous control of up to 4 VTRs (video-tape recorders) or DDRs (direct-to-disc recorders) via standard 9 pin (p2) protocol. The optional Gangway16 allows for simultaneous control of up to 16 VTRs or DDRs. Besides having a built-in USB interface, the controller is also USB powered. Featuring a custom, optically-encoded jog wheel with shuttle ring, the Universal Instant Replay Controller is ideal for news, sports, scoreboard, and other slow motion editing operations. The Jog/Shuttle mechanism also allows for convenient picture search operations. For slo-mo and shuttle tape operation, the programmable T-Bar can be used and the 2 x 16 VF display can be utilized for accurate editing. Seamless clip playout is achieved thanks to the Odetics mode. Professional transport buttons, a full size numeric keypad to enter and recall cue locations / time code, and fast access function keys are a few other features of the ES-SloMo J USB Universal Instant Replay Controller.
