Product description This JMI Telescopes MOTOFOCUS Electric Focusing Motor is designed to easily attach to select Starlight Industries Feather Touch focusers, and is controlled by a simple easy-to-use hand controller. It installs without the need to drill and tap new holes or any other permanent modification. The MOTOFOCUS gives you impressive control of the focusing mechanism to allow you to achieve a level of precision focusing not normally possible manually, with the additional benefit of not having to touch your telescope, avoiding unwanted vibration. With variable speeds and an electronic breaking system, this device eliminates the backlash that is native to most focusers for clearer viewing. The use of the MOTOFOCUS provides the vibration-free precision focusing required for astrophotography or when using extremely high-magnification eyepieces. - Starlight Instruments Compatibility
