Photographers reaching for a lightweight pack for carrying a minimal amount of camera gear or personal items for a quick day trip will appreciate the black Essential DSLR Camera Backpack from Manfrotto. As the name implies, the Essential has a small, padded, removable, interior camera compartment with 2 touch-fastening dividers for storing a small DSLR with an attached standard lens, a second small lens and accessory or two. Of course, one could use the space adjacent to the camera compartment for storing additional gear or personal items. And with the camera compartment removed or re-purposed, the bag can be easily converted for short jaunts about town. With a rear, padded, zippered compartment you can also bring along an up to 13" laptop, too.
Opening up the spacious main compartment, one sees a small, zippered compartment on the rear wall with an organizational panel on top consisting of four side-by-side slip-in pockets – two of which are for pens or markers. Thirsty photographers will be happy to learn that there's an exterior, side pocket for a water bottle or other accessory. And on the opposite side of the pack one will find a touch-fastening strap with a slip-in pocket below for securing a compact tripod or monopod. Your Essential DSLR Camera Backpack is easily carried by the top handle or worn on the back with the padded, adjustable shoulder straps. The straps are extra long for use with bulky clothing such as winter parkas. In the event of a shower, the pack is constructed of water-repellent nylon. - Camera Storage Possiblities
