Product description The JG 8LED Power Distribution Center with LEDs from Juice Goose is intended for use in 19-inch rackmount environments. It features 8 NEMA 5-15R outlets on the back of the unit. All the outlets are rotated 90 degrees to better accommodate "wall wart" power supplies. The outlets draw power via the unit's 6-foot NEMA 5-15P power cord. To protect your installation from electrical damage, the JG 8LED features a back-mounted circuit breaker, line conditioning, and spike protection. - Connectivity
- The JG 8LED provides 8 AC receptacles on the back of the unit. The receptacles are rotated to better accommodate "wall wart" power supplies. Each of the AC outlets is NEMA 5-15R, rated for 15A.
- Capacity
- The JG 8LED has a 15A circuit breaker and a 12A maximum current rating.
- Power Protection
- The unit features AC power protection that includes a fast-acting metal oxide varistor, which guards against high-energy surges between the line and neutral power leads. This protection also includes filtration capacitance, which enhances the surge protection and adds a primary level of line-noise elimination.
- Power Cord
- The power cord is rated for 15A and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. It's 6' long.
- Circuit Breaker
- The JG 8LED features a circuit breaker mounted on the rear of the chassis and is rated for 15A.
- Rack Lights
- The JG 8LED has two slide-out light tubes that provide dimmable LED rack lighting. LED lighting is designed to be long lasting and should never need replacing. It also can be left on for extended periods without creating significant heat.
