Product description The JVC FS-790SNRG PowerPlus Fiber System for GY-HM790 Camera with RTS Intercom is a fiber-optic system that enables the pristine transmission of HD video, audio, control, and power signals over long fiber-optic cable runs. The maximum specified length on SMPTE Hybrid cable is 6000' (1.8 km) for this system. The PowerPlus kit is designed for powering not only the camera but also camera-side accessories such as an on-camera teleprompter and an on-air talent monitor.A complete package that's fully ready to be integrated with the JVC GY-HM790 camcorder, the FS-790SNRG kit is at its core a KA-F790NG camera adapter unit with a Neutrik OpticalCON connector and an RM-FP790TNRG base station with OpticalCON connectors and compatibility with RTS intercom systems. Also included are the means to power the camera and its accessories over SMPTE hybrid cable: there's an HDX 150W power supply with ST connectors and the PowerPlus camera-side 150W power unit with OpticalCON dongle. A base remote cable (for JVC RM-LP25U and LP55U remote units) and a dual LC-to-ST jumper cable round out the kit. The remote cable connects to either an RM-LP25U or RM-LP55U remote unit (sold separately). Note: Requires SMPTE hybrid fiber cable with 304M connectors.
