Product description This Archtop Tenor Ukulele from Kala is a classic-looking ukulele with a satin tobacco burst finish and Shadow NFX EQ. Suited for professional musicians and students alike, this ukulele can be used in studio recordings, live stage performances, theater plays, school festivals, and more. The Archtop Tenor Ukulele measures 26.5" in overall body length. It has an upper bout of 7", a lower bout of 9.25", and a waist of 5.5". Fitted with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides, the instrument is trimmed with a pearloid binding around the body and fretboard. Jazzy F-holes embellish the vintage look of the Archtop. Resonating with a warm mellow sound, the GraphTech NuBone nut and saddle on the ukulele deliver increased volume and sustained tone while adding clarity to each note. The built-in chrome die-cast tuners help the instrument stay in tune longer. An active pickup system and onboard preamp give you the volume and tone controls you need to tailor your sound. Finally, the Archtop Ukulele's rosewood fingerboard has side markings at the 5th, 7th, 10th, and 12th positions, with an abalone palm tree inlay on the 12th fret, to help identify its 18 silver nickel fret positions.
