Product description The KA-ATP5-CTG from Kala is a Tenor Cutaway Ukulele with a UK-300-TR EQ and a built-in tuner. It has a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a solid cedar top with acacia back and sides. It can be used by musicians and students in recording studios, live on stage, in rehearsals, and more. It features a red padauk rosette and binding that surrounds the cedar top, back, and the fingerboard. The trim is padauk and black with a white border on the edge. This provides a visual and aural contrast to the darker acacia wood. The acacia overlay and slotted headstock cap has a laser-etched Kala logo, and is built with Grover chrome open-gear tuners. Additionally, the KA-ATP5-CTG's rosewood fingerboard has marks at the 5th, 7th, 10th, and 12th positions to help identify its 19 silver nickel fret positions. The cedar top of the KA-ATP5-CTG Tenor Ukulele delivers strong projection and a deep tone that works in harmony with the resonant back and side. The instrument is set up with Aquila strings.
