Product description The natural color KA-CEM from Kala is an Exotic Mahogany Series Concert Ukulele with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a mahogany body and neck. It can be used by musicians and students in applications for recording studios, live stage, theater, schools, and more.The KA-Cem measures 24-3/8" overall in body length. It has an upper bout of 6", a lower bout of 8-1/2", and a waist of 5". The grain patterns of the wood vary from wavy to curly, flamed to figured, and spotted to straight grain with a satin finish. Additionally, the NuBone XB nut and saddle delivers increased volume and sustained tone while adding clarity to each note. The built-in chrome die-cast tuners assure the instrument will stay in tune. The KA-CEM's rosewood fingerboard has marks at the 5th, 7th, 10th, and 12th positions to help identify its 18 silver nickel fret positions. The instrument is set up with Aquila Nylgut strings.
