Product description The KanexPro 4K HDBaseT 8x8 Matrix Switcher with PoE is a professional eight HDMI input to eight HDBaseT output switch, providing four HDMI mirrored outputs designed for routing 4K/UHD applications. For proficient audio capabilities, it includes eight auxiliary audio inputs for stereo and eight stereo outputs for HDMI audio de-embedding, with eight IR inputs. The matrix switcher also features an Ethernet port for control via a web-based GUI which reduces installation time and complicated set-up, as well as full control for the matrix.The HDMI inputs from the matrix can be controlled via front panel buttons, bidirectional IR and RS232, or in GUI mode using Ethernet. The selected source is delivered to HDMI outputs 1 to 4 (for HDMI inputs 1 to 4) and HDBaseT outputs 1 to 8 simultaneously. The unit provides built-in EDID and HDCP management.This 8x8 Matrix Switcher is designed for mid-scale applications such as multi-zone home theater, court systems, and commercial AV distribution, such as sending high-resolution 4K ultra imagery to medical displays where signal integrity and reliability is critical. - Eight sources switching to eight outputs, with instant display
