Product description The compact KanexPro HDMI to YPbPr Component and Audio Converter allows you to decode HDMI input signals and provides component video output with R+L audio from an HDMI source such as a laptop or DVD player to an older, analog display such as a TV or projector with YPbPr component connectors.
The Converter supports HDMI input resolutions up to 1920 x 1080p60, and it provides an analog output signal with resolutions up to 1080p. The analog side also outputs R+L audio stereo via two RCA plugs. The Converter is HDCP compliant. For operation, it requires a 5 VDC external power supply, which is included.
The manufacturer recommends using high-quality HDMI and YPbPr cables for use with the Converter, as lower quality cables may cause sync issues. Since this unit works with legacy devices, make sure your source and display are set to the supported resolutions listed below to ensure seamless sync.
