Product description Designed specifically for amplifying electronic drums, the KA2 From Kat Percussion can handle 200W of RMS power at 8 Ohms for a powerful and representative drum sound. It features 3x 1/4" inputs, a three-band EQ section, two separate volume controls, and a presence knob for manipulating midrange frequencies, thus accentuating snare sounds or enhancing the tones of other amplified instruments.
Its 12" cabinet, capable of reproducing frequencies down to 20 Hz, can handle a vigorous wallop of bass tones, while its compression driver delivers a crisp high end. In addition to its 1/4" auxiliary input jack, the KA2 features a 1/8" input for external music players, a stereo 1/8" headphone jack for private practicing, and an XLR output with separate volume control for mixers, PAs, or recording devices.
