Product description One of Keeley's most famous pedals (if not the most famous) is the Katana Clean Boost Pedal. Its offset volume knob and stark white enclosure is immediately identifiable by pedal fanatics. While the unique positioning of the knob is certainly noticeable, it serves a very practical purpose. Adventurous guitarists can adjust the level of clean boost with their feet, without the aid of a pedalboard-real-estate-hogging expression pedal. Sonically the Katana accurately retains your guitar's tone through its cascading FET circuit, great for driving your amp harder without sacrificing your core sound. Pull out the knob, and add more gain and edge to your tone. It's not saturated like an overdrive or a distortion pedal, but it brings a subtle tube-like grit to your volume boost. Controls - Volume: The only control on this pedal adjusts the output volume, pull the knob out for an additional boost up to 35 dB
