Product description The Excalibur 3S Vertical Cutter from KeenCut is made with the ability to cut sign and banner materials such as plexiglass, glass, and aluminum composite. The steel-composite, twin-wheel cutting head has pre-lubricated ball bearings that slide smoothly on a steel track, enabling you to operate the cutting head effortlessly because of its integral counterbalance. This eliminates noise while maintaining a dust-free environment. The turn-and-lock head houses three different types of cutting tools like a twin wheel cutting head, a scoring blade, and a standard medium-duty utility blade, which can be used in a variety of applications. The 63" steel track has a clamping system that runs the length of the track, and along with the anodized-aluminum extruded back beams, ensures that small or large materials are held securely with firm support. The sight and cutting lines are the same, taking away the guesswork as to where the blade will fall because of the clear cutting indicator. Positionable production stops are located on the left- and right-hand side of the track, and a vertical measuring scale is imprinted on the machine. The Excalibur can be wall mounted or left freestanding; the telescopic legs can be adjusted for the height. An optional Freestanding Kit is available; this mounts directly to the back of the Excalibur, providing rigidity like wall mounting as well as mobility within the space it is being used in. - Designed to cut the following materials:

- Utility Blade: foam board, gatorboard, honeycomb board, corrugated plastics, and PVC foam board up to 13mm
