Product description The 42” x 30’ roll of VC SELECT Glossy Photo Paper from KENTMERE features a variable contrast resin-coated black and white paper suitable for commercial and creative printers. This paper provides good image rendition with high-speed emulsion. This medium-weight, black and white enlarging paper features a polyethylene-coated base, coated with a variable contrast emulsion. Using standard color filtration or proprietary filter sets such as ILFORD Multigrade or Kodak Polymax, contrast grades from 00 to 5 are achievable in half grade steps. The paper is equally suitable for dish and machine processing. It features built-in glaze to provide maximum black density and overall print brilliance. You can achieve maximum gloss through hot air drying.
This black and white photographic paper should be stored in its original packaging, which is a light-proof black plastic bag that protects from harmful darkroom fumes and humidity. Ideally the paper should be stored in a cool dry environment preferably at temperatures below 68°F (20°C). In either case, allow sufficient time for warming up and do not allow condensation to form on the paper. - Contrast grades from 00 to 5 are achievable
- Suitable for dish and machine processing however, this resin-coated paper should not be used with a rotary glazing / drying drum, or flat bed glazing / drying press.
- Filters of color enlargers include the following:
Durst: Dunco, Durst, Kaiser, Keinzle, Leitz, and Lupo
Kodak: Beseler, De Vere, Chromega, Fujimoto, IFF, Jobo, LPL, Omega, Paterson, Vivitar, and Simmard
Agfa: Agfa, Krokus, and Meopta - Storage
