Product description Operating in the 450 to 470 MHz frequency range, the Kenwood FG4500 is an omnidirectional UHF stick antenna offering a focused beam and high gain for commercial organizations and government agencies in land- and marine-based applications. Its lightweight fiberglass construction, UV-inhibiting treatment, and gold anodized sleeve make it ideal for outdoor use, and contribute to its maximum rated wind velocity of 125 mph. The FG4500 is tuned to prevent RF currents in the transmission line, and is factory tested for optimal performance. Its 200W maximum power rating safely accommodates a variety of signal strengths. The RF Type-N female connector ensures easy hookup to your system. Note: An optional FM1 or FM2 mounting kit is required for proper installation of the FG4500 antenna. - Omnidirectional (circular) outdoor antenna for use in land-/marine-based radio and data transmissions for public safety agencies, commercial organizations, and the military

- Special UV treatment stands up to the sun
