Product description - Kessler Pocket Dolly & Jib: Hands-On Reivew
The Pocket Jib Traveler from Kessler Crane is designed for shooters that require an ultra-portable jib solution. It features a reach of 72" from the fulcrum when fully extended. The Pocket Jib Traveler is completely self-contained, and it collapses to 27" in length for transport and storage without requiring disassembly. The center-mounted camera platform provides stability and is designed to work seamlessly with the optional Kessler Kwik Release system for fast camera mounting.
The Pocket Jib Traveler is equipped with an adjustable sliding weight bar that provides fine-balance adjustment without significantly increasing the size of the jib. Engineered to be strong and lightweight, the jib features weight reducing window cuts that also improve its structural integrity. Incorporating both 3/8"-16 and ¼"-20 threaded mounting holes allow you to mount the jib to a variety of supports including an optional 100mm Ball kit with a 3/8"-16 stud or a standard tripod quick release plate. Integrated 1/4"-20 accessory mounting holes allow you to attach optional monitors and other accessories without affecting the operation of the jib. - Self-contained and does not need to be taken apart for travel
- Center-mounted camera platform makes camera mounting more stable
- Supports rigs up to 10 lb
- The adjustable sliding weight bar provides fine-control and is removable for lighter weight operation if not needed
