Product description The 2.6" Quick Release Clamp from Kirk is designed to hold most Arca-type compatible plates and mounts, and it is also made to fit tripod heads that have a raised key on the stem. The clamp is made of 6061-T6 aluminum, and is anodized in a black and satin silver finish.Kirk's patented quick turn technology enables the clamp to open or close quickly. With a counter-clockwise 1/8-turn you can reposition the plate or completely remove with a half-turn. On the top of the clamp the laser-engraved sensor center lines help you better position the camera when taking a photograph. The center mounting hole on the clamp is countersunk, so a 6mm flathead screw can be installed and Threadlocker glue applied to secure the thread (both the screw and the glue are included). The clamp has a recessed hole on its side to store the included 5/32" hex wrench. - Compatible with Arca-type plates or mounts
