Product description The KLP-260 Quick Release Lens Plate for Select Telephoto Lenses from Kirk Enterprises is an Arca-type compatible plate for select Nikon, Tokina, Tamron, Sony, Olympus, and Pentax telephoto lenses.
The plate is constructed of black anodized aluminum and the included restraining lip is satin sliver anodized - making them scratch-resistant. The lip can be mounted with a 90 angle for a snug fit against the lens's tripod collar. This feature helps keep a tighter fit and prevents the lens foot from pivoting while mounted to the plate.
The 1/4"-20 screw for the lens foot is constructed of stainless steel and uses an included Allen key for mounting and tightening. The two included smaller screws are designed to be used as safety stops to prevent accidental slippage while the plate is mounted to the head. The plate also features two additional 1/4"-20 threads for customized positioning on the bottom of the lens foot. - Compatibility
