Product description The LP-310 Quick Release Lens Plate from Kirk Enterprises is an Arca-type compatible quick release plate designed for use with the Nikon 200mm f/4 ED-IF Micro Lens. The plate is constructed of anodized aluminum, making it both scratch and corrosion resistant. The plate's variable aluminum lip may be mounted with either a 90 or 30° angle in order to adapt to the lens foot. It should be noted that Kirk Enterprises recommends that this plate be used with the lip in 30° angle position. Removing the lip will make the plate universally compatible with almost any lens foot, but with the loss of anti-twist capability. The dual captive 1/4"-20 screws for the lens foot are constructed of stainless steel, making them equally as durable as the plate itself. Two included smaller screws can be used as safety stops to prevent accidental slippage within most Arca-type clamps. The plate also features three additional 1/4"-20 mounting holes for better positioning on the bottom of the lens foot.
