The camera records in resolutions up to 720x576 and captures video, stills, and audio footage. The camera can be set for continuous recording for up to 2.5 hours, or can record only when motion is detected. To avoid being triggered by natural movements, the camera features three levels of motion detection sensitivity so recording will only begin when significant movement like running or jerking is detected. Recordings are saved to a SD card located in the DVR system and can be viewed using the DVR's LCD display or through a computer. Recordings are organized based on file mode (AVI, JPG, and WAV) and are arranged according to date for easy playback. Files can be transferred to a computer using the mini USB to USB cable. The USB port and SD card can be password protected so only authorized users can view and edit the saved footage. - On-screen display and device pushbuttons allow for easy and quick setting updates
