Product description The RF Wireless Signal Detector from KJB Security Products is a counter-surveillance device which locates hidden bugs that send digital transmissions using standards like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and analog signals broadcast at up to 12 GHz. The unit can detect a variety of conventional bugging devices including FM-modulated transmitters, digital transmitters, GSM bugs, etc. Using sound to detect transmitters, the unit can produce a loop-back effect with a microphone to pick up and transmit the beep. When a signal is detected the demodulation display will flash and the detector will sound depending on the type of transmission detected. The extra antenna allows the device to avoid interference from external sources in cities or near broadcasting towers. - Detects digital and analog transmitters in the frequency range of 50 MHz to 12 GHz (main antenna) and 2.4 to 2.48 / 4.9 to 5.875 GHz (auxiliary antenna)
- Increased sensitivity to Bluetooth/Wi-Fi signals allows the operator to detect wireless sources to a distance of 19.6" (49.8 cm) to 6.5' (2 m)
- Detects GSM, Bluetooth, DECT, Wi-Fi, and RF
- 16-segment bar graph indicator provides a wide dynamic range
- 4 Work Modes: silent, sound, vibration, and mixed
- 2 levels of sensitivity (attenuator)
- Microprocessor controlled
