Product description Designed for intermediate users, the Konus KONUSTART-900B 60mm f/15 EQ Refractor Telescope is designed to provide new astronomers with a complete setup for viewing the moon and planets, and brighter deep-sky objects like star clusters and galaxies.Two eyepieces provide 45x and 112x magnifications with a 2x Barlow lens that doubles the magnification of each eyepiece for a wider range of observing possibilities. Additional accessories such as a smartphone digiscoping adapter, a star diagonal, and 1.5x erecting eyepiece add to the scope's versatility and allow it to pull double-duty as a traditional spotting scope.Its manual German equatorial mount has Right Ascension (RA) and Declination indicators for celestial navigation, and a two-speed RA motor will automatically track objects as they move across the night sky when the mount is properly polar aligned. Slow-motion cables enable you to manually track your object with accuracy and reduced vibrations. Filter:- Moon filter brings the moon's light down to safe levels
- Improves contrast when viewing phases from half to full
- Screws into standard 1.25" eyepieces
- Recommended for use past 1/4 phases to prevent damage to the user's eye, especially at high power
Barlow Lens:- 2x magnification
- Doubles the power of any eyepiece used in it, without affecting the eye relief, so high-power eyepieces are more comfortable to use

Diagonal:- 90° angle provides a more comfortable viewing position when the scope is pointed high overhead
- Star mirror design corrects view horizontally, but not vertically
Erecting tube:- Slight 1.5x power adds a boost of magnification to any eyepiece used with it
