Product description The Infrared Transmitter and Receiver Kit from Kopul extends normal IR capability to wirelessly control a switcher, splitter, and HDMI device even when they are out of view or beyond the reach of your remote control. Additionally, this kit allows for backwards IR control of your devices as it sends the IR signal over the HDMI cables, making this an integral addition to any home theater or multi-screen setup. This easy-to-install kit is compatible with any HDMI switcher or splitter that has a 1/8" IR input.
The kit includes everything needed to control any HDMI-compatible output device with a single remote even if they are out-of-sight or in a different room. The HDMI infrared adapter discretely plugs into an available HDMI port on the display, and connects with the switcher or splitter via an HDMI cable (not included). Five-foot cables that are included with the compact transmitter and receiver provide the flexibility of positioning for line-of-sight connection with all devices without creating clutter.
Whether sharing a signal with multiple displays, or sending the signal from multiple devices to a single display, this infrared kit will provide simplicity for controlling your system while minimizing the number of cables needed to connect all components. - Wireless Control
