Product description The B&H Binocular Buying Guide Read More Combining an advanced optical design with a sleek form factor, the 10x32 BD32-10 XD Prominar Binocular from Kowa pairs their Prominar XD elements with a phase-corrected Schmidt-Pechan roof prism design. This combination helps to achieve a high degree of viewing clarity through the reduction of chromatic aberrations. A C3 coating has also been applied to the glass elements to maintain brightness, improve contrast, and produce consistent and accurate colors. Combined with the 10x magnification, this versatile binocular also features a close minimum focusing distance of 4.9' and a wide apparent angle of view of 60°, making it well-suited for general, distant, and near viewing applications.
A rubberized chassis offers durable and secure handling and the housing has also been nitrogen filled for water and fog resistance. Twist-up multi-step eyecups benefit clear viewing in bright lighting conditions and a KR coating has also been applied to the exposed optical surfaces to protect against dust and dirt, and to aid in cleaning. - Optical Performance
