Product description A Guide to Birding with Spotting Scopes Read More The Kowa Balance Plate allows you to move your digiscoping setup forward, balancing the fore-and-aft weight distribution of your scope/camera assembly. This accessory gives you the ability to configure a harmonious counterbalanced system for smoother panning, accurate spotting, and comfortable long-term viewing. You have 3.1" of adjustment range, and the Balance Plate is compatible with scopes in the 50-80mm objective lens range.The Balance Plate comes with a quick release plate for easy attachment and detachment. It's equipped with a stopper to prevent the quick release plate from sliding out of its dovetail attachment, and a stabilizer pin to keep the scope from turning. -
