Product description The Kramer 614R/T 1-Fiber Detachable DVI Optical Transmitter & Receiver are a small and lightweight, detachable optical transmitter and receiver pair. They transmit uncompressed DVI resolutions of up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz using a multimode fiber optic cable with SC connectors. The 614T converts a DVI signal to an optical signal and transmits it to the 614R. The 614R decodes the optical signals back to a DVI signal.This transmitter & receiver pair is found in digital flat panel and plasma displays that are used in medical, commercial, and travel applications, conference rooms and auditoriums, kiosks with digital flat panel displays for presenting information, and LED signboards in streets and stadiums. - 6.75 Gb/s (2.25 Gb/s per graphic channel) maximum data rate
- Maximum resolution up to WUXGA, 2K, or 1080p (XGA not supported)
- HDTV compatible, non-HDCP compliant
- Up to 500m (1,640') (multimode) system range
- Standards Compliance: Supports DVI1.0, fully implemented by fiber optic communication and DDC2B by virtual DDC; Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 and 2 of FCC and CE
- EDID Capture: Copies and stores the EDID from a display device (614T)
