Product description The 8-Input Presentation Matrix Switcher/Scaler with Seamless Video Cuts and 4K30 Output Support from Kramer can be configured as a single 4K output or dual HD scaler with full PiP capabilities. It can scale to two independent HDMI outputs, each with a parallel HDBaseT output. The VP-778 includes both analog and embedded audio inputs and outputs, and audio DSP features. It also offers two microphone inputs and digital & analog balanced stereo line-level outputs, and amplified speaker outputs. Control the unit via the front panel buttons, dedicated web page, IR commands, or RS-485 or RS-232 serial commands transmitted by a touch-screen system, computer, or other serial controller. - K-IIT XL picture-in-picture image insertion technology offering ultra-stable picture-in-picture, picture-and-picture, and split-screen modes
- Seamless video switching for swap or follow (transition type) and cut or fade (transition effect)
- Dual scalers offer live seamless transitions with two independent outputs
- Eight input buttons per channel
- Main and PiP window customization in overlay mode
- Projection setups: Front, back, ceiling front, and ceiling back
- Choice of HDMI, VGA, YUV, or CV on two DVI-U, four HDMI, and two HDBaseT inputs
- Two programmable user buttons for passing serial commands
- Serial Comms Matrix allows up to eight sets of configurable unidirectional connections for passing serial data from source to destination
- HDBaseT technology with data rate of up to 6.75 Gb/s (2.25 Gb/s per graphic channel)
- HDBaseT system range of up to 430' in normal mode and up to 590' in ultra-mode (1080p at 60 Hz, 24 bpp) when using BC-UNIKAT cables
- Balanced stereo audio inputs, two balanced microphone inputs, digital stereo and balanced stereo outputs, input/output audio level adjustment, and audio DSP
- Built-in 2x10 W power amplifier with speaker outputs on a 4-pin terminal block connector

- Automatically scans inputs based on a predefined priority and selects first live input found or last connected
