Product description The Kramer 8 x 1 HDMI Switcher, for HDMI signals, is suitable for conference room presentations and advertising applications. With Kramer Equalization & Re-clocking technology that rebuilds the digital signal to travel longer distances, the switcher re-clocks and equalizes the signal, and switches any 1 of the 4 inputs to a single HDMI output. The unit has a maximum data rate of up to 2.25 Gbps.
The 8 x 1 HDMI Switcher supports HDCP, and is compatible with HDTV. It supports HDMI v1.4 with Deep Color, x.v.Color, Lip Sync, HDMI uncompressed audio channels, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD, CEC, and 3D Pass-Through.
Equipped with I-EDIDPro Kramer Intelligent EDID Processing, the switcher ensures intelligent EDID handling & processing of an algorithm. This enables easy Plug and Play operation for HDMI systems. Front Panel Lockout prevents tampering. The 8 x 1 HDMI Switcher features video disconnect and offers both PC and DVD modes selectable by input.
You can control the 8 x 1 HDMI Switcher via the front panel buttons or remotely via RS-232, Ethernet, or IR remote. It has a standard 19” rack mount size, fits 1U rack space, and requires a 100-240V AC power supply. - High-performance switcher for HDMI signals
