Product description The Kramer 8x8 Computer Graphics Video & Stereo Audio Matrix Switcher allows you to switch between any of the 8 high-resolution video and stereo audio inputs and 8 outputs independently. It is HDTV compatible, and also allows you to loop each input to an additional output. The high performance switcher supports resolutions up to UXGA and above, and converts unbalanced stereo audio signals to balanced output.
Innovative Kr-isp technology allows integrated sync processing by restoring sync signal waveform to provide you sharp, stable images even during low sync levels. The 8x8 Computer Graphics Video & Stereo Audio Matrix Switcher features video bandwidth of over 360MHz (-3dB). You can access common video and audio configurations and audio gain status for each output using the 16 preset memory locations. Its Active Input Indication Reporting works by lighting up the input button on the front panel when it detects a video signal on that input. The Take Button allows you to execute multiple switches simultaneously. The Delayed Switching Mode helps in easy switching between non-genlocked sources by setting the transition time of a switch from 0 to 3.5sec. It features audio-follow-video and breakaway options and DC coupled inputs and outputs.
The 8x8 Computer Graphics Video & Stereo Audio Matrix Switcher can be controlled using the front panel buttons, or remotely via RS-485, RS-232 serial commands, Ethernet, embedded Web page, or IR remote. Front Panel Lockout prevents tampering. The switcher features 8 unbalanced stereo audio input signals on 3.5mm mini plugs and 8 balanced stereo audio output signals on 5-pin terminal block connectors. Audio Level Controls can be used to adjust and measure signal level of each input and output in relative dB. It has a standard 19” rack mount size, fits 2U rack space, and requires a 100-240V AC power supply. - Allows you to switch between any of the 8 high-resolution video and stereo audio inputs and 8 outputs independently
