Product description The Kramer Computer Graphics Video over Twisted Pair Line Equalizer is used to provide compensation for signals arriving at a switcher or other devices in between a twisted pair transmitter and receiver. Providing level and equalization controls, the equalizer ensures transmission of error-free signals.
Offering a transmission distance of up to 320’ (100m), the PT-100 provides the ability to extend signals up to 640’ (200m) when placed halfway between the twisted pair transmitter and receiver. The equalizer requires a 12V DC power supply (included) for operation; when either the transmitter or the receiver is within 150’ (50m) of the extender, a single connection to either device powers the extender. In addition, 4 units can be mounted side-by-side in 1U rack space with the optional RK-4PT rack adaptor. - Used to provide compensation for signals arriving at a switcher or other devices in between a twisted pair transmitter and receiver
