Product description The FC-8 RS-232 to Wireless LAN Controller from Kramer is a bi-directional RS-232 to 802.11b/g WiFi interface. It allows any RS-232 control device to be managed through a wireless LAN connection. - This unit offers an interface between RS-232 (9-pin D-sub) and 802.11b/g WiFi
- It supports multiple TCP/UDP sockets
- Standard encryption includes WEP, WPA and WPA2
- Remote control and IP Settings offer master & slave routing modes
- Its embedded web server serves web pages & applets
- LED indicators provide a visual reference for signal status
- The unit can be configured and managed via a web interface or Windows-based software
- This device belongs to the Compact Kramer TOOLS Series and up to (3) of these units can be mounted side by side in 1U of rack space using the separately available RK-3T Rack Adapter
