Product description The Kramer RS-232 Port Extender/Converter provides RS-232 control signals across 3 outputs (two 9-pin subs & one 3-pin terminal block). In addition to accepting RS-232 incoming signals, the extender supports RS-485 and USB command signals, and converts them to RS-232 signals before transmission. It features 2 hardware or software modes of operation. Using DIP-switches, the extender/converter provides control for selecting HW source, SW addressing, and baud rate. In addition, 3 units can be stacked together in 1U rack space using the optional RK-3T rack adaptor. - Provides RS-232 control signals across 3 outputs (two 9-pin subs & one 3-pin terminal block)
