Product description The TP-578H HDMI, Audio & Data over DGKat Twisted Pair Receiver from Kramer receives a DGKat twisted pair signal from a compatible Kramer DGKat transmitter, such as the TP-577VH (sold separately), and decodes it into HDMI, balanced and unbalanced stereo, S/PDIF digital audio, IR, and RS-232 signals. Note: For optimum range and performance, use Kramer's BC−DGKat623 or BC−DGKat7a23 cables. - Uses DGKat Signal Integration technology for converting TMDS as well as control and communication to signals that run over twisted pair cables
- Analog and digital audio de-embedding
- Supports x.v. Color, 3D, and 7.1 multi-channel audio
- Equalization & re-Klocking Technology rebuilds the digital signal to travel longer distances
- Uses K-Link technology to control the device from a remote controller and pass data to external devices
- A single connection to the transmitter or the receiver powers both units
- The higher voltage PowerConnectPlus also powers regular PowerConnect devices via auto−negotiation
- Configurable external control
- LED indicators for mirroring
- Uses STP (shielded twisted pair) cable
- Three units can be rack mounted side-by-side in a 1U rack space with the optional RK-3T rack adapter
- For use in boardrooms, presentation rooms, and more
