Product description The Comprehensive/Kramer VP-8x8 is an eight input, eight output, true matrix, computer graphics video switcher. It offers front panel touch switches and an LED display of routing structure. It can be controlled remotely and configures with audio and control switchers of the same design. - Vertical Interval
- When input sources are referenced to the same signal glitch free transitions are accomplished. This is offered by utilizing up to a 4 second user selectable delay.
- Remote Switching
- Remote switching is accomplished via IR, RS-232 and RS-485 control interfaces.
- LED Display
- Routing structure is continuously displayed on front panel.
- Presets
- Multiple presets are available quick access to the most frequently used configurations.
- HDTV Compatible
- HDTV signals can be routed through this switcher.
- Active Input Indication
- Each input button on the front panel automatically lights up when the unit detects a video signal on that input. When an input is selected to be switched, the button changes to a different color to indicate it is the active input.
- Rackmountable
- Fits into standard studio rack space without extraneous equipment.
