Product description The white WP-571 Active 1-Gang Wall Plate HDMI over Twisted Pair Transmitter from Kramer is a DGKat twisted pair transmitter for HDMI signals. The WP-571 converts an HDMI signal to a twisted pair signal and transmits it to a WP-572 (not included), which converts the twisted pair signal back to an HDMI signal. The transmitter supports a maximum data rate of up to 4.95 Gb/s. DGKat twisted technology converts TMDS as well as control and communication to signals that run over twisted pair cables. EDID PassThru passes EDID signals between the source and display. A single connection to the transmitter powers the receiver. - Maximum data rate of up to 4.9 Gb/s (1.65 Gb/s per graphic channel)

Please Note: Transmission range depends on the signal resolution, graphics card and display used. The distance using non-Kramer Cat 5, Cat 6, and Cat 7 cables may not reach these ranges.
