Product description The Kore 64 ROM Expansion Kit for PC3 and PC3K from Kurzweil is a sound expansion card for the PC3 and PC3K workstation keyboards. The KORE 64 ROM expansion adds over 300 programs to your PC3 or PC3K keyboard including synths, electric guitars, horns, drums and percussion. With the expansion installed, your built-in program library will total over 1400 presets.
The KORE 64 ROM expansion features added setups in the styles of Dance and Hip Hop for triggering and controlling beats in real time. There are also synth sample banks that are modeled after various synths including the Oberheim SEM and the ARP Chroma. In addition to that, the expansion kit features guitar samples that are modeled after the Gibson Les Paul and Fender Stratocaster as well as preset sounds in the styles of Rock, Country, Metal, and more.
The KORE 64 expansion kit also boasts brass and woodwind sample sets that include alto sax, tenor sax, baritone sax, trumpet, and trombone solo instruments and custom sections with many combinations of the different instruments. Furthermore, there are 72 drum kits and 62 percussion instruments and templates to choose from with samples from Yamaha, Ludwig, Pearl, DW, Rogers, and Gretsch recorded as full kits.
