Product description The SP6 88-Key Stage Piano from Kurzweil follows the standard established by Kurzweil's Forte, Forte SE, and PC3 series keyboards while taking sound quality and performance to new heights in a lightweight (27 lb) instrument. In addition to using samples from Japanese and German D grands, the SP6 includes electro piano, clavinet, celeste, crotales, and harpsichord instrument sounds that can be used for live stage or studio applications.The 88-key, fully weighted, hammer-action keyboard is powered by Flash-Play. It boots the instrument in 11 seconds with 2GB of on-board sample content. With 32 FX, you can select reverbs, delays, choruses, flangers, phasers, compressors, and more effects to tweak your sound. The stage piano features 256 factory programs, 1024 user programs, and 130 factory multi programs that have 128-voice polyphony.In addition, the KB6's KB3 ToneReal Organs module is designed after the classic Hammond, Vox, and Farfisa organs. Other features include a 128 x 64-pixel monochrome LCD display, the Kurzweil String Resonance (KSR), which provides piano-string resonance modeling for an enhanced acoustic piano performance. Furthermore, arpeggiators, pitch modulation, 20 MIDI controllers, quick sound selection, and easy access controls make the SP6 88-Key Stage Piano suitable for any style of music. - 2 Gigabytes of Sounds
- The Japanese and German D grand pianos have been optimized for the SP6 and feature "KSR" Kurzweil string resonance. The SP6 offers all the sample content from the Forte SE and features a wide selection of tailored sounds from the Forte and Forte SE (EP, Clav, Celeste, Crotales, Harpsichord), as well as PC3 Series and KORE 64 expansions.
