When on-the-go, this LaCie drive is designed to help guard your data against the elements. The IP54-rated enclosure features a removable cover, helps protect against dust and water, can withstand drops from heights of up to 6.6', and is crush-resistant up to 1 ton. AES 256-bit encryption, which is available as a separate, but free download, helps keep stored content safe from intruders.
LaCie's 2TB Rugged Mobile Hard Drive includes a USB 3.0 Type-C Cable, a USB 3.0 Type-C to Type-A cable, and three years of data recovery services that are good for one in-lab recovery attempt. General protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.
